Allora Gallery invites photographers from around the world to submit work for our upcoming onlinegroup exhibition, "Nature's Canvas"
Nature is the ultimate artist—painting sunrises across mountain peaks, sculpting intricate patterns in spider webs, composing symphonies of color in autumn forests. From the delicate brushstrokes of morning dew on petals to the bold, sweeping gestures of storm clouds over prairies, the natural world creates masterpieces that surpass any human imagination. This exhibition celebrates nature as both artist and canvas, where every moment reveals a new composition waiting to be captured.
We seek photographs that showcase nature's endless creativity and artistic expression. How do you capture the brushstrokes of wind across wheat fields? What masterpiece do you discover in the intricate details of a butterfly wing? Can a single image reveal the grand design hidden in a forest clearing or the intimate poetry of raindrops on leaves? We welcome wildlife photography that captures animals in their natural artistry, landscape images that reveal nature's grand compositions, macro photography exploring the intricate details of natural design, the dynamic energy of weather and seasonal changes, the unexpected beauty of urban nature claiming its space, and the luminous magic of natural light painting across any environment.
What artistry do you find in the natural world? How do your images reveal nature's role as both creator and creation? We're looking for photographs that show how nature becomes a living gallery—from the smallest insect on a leaf to the vastest mountain range, from backyard birds to exotic wildlife, each frame capturing another brushstroke on nature's infinite canvas.
