- Submission to our exhibitions is open to photographers worldwide.
- All submissions must adhere to the specific guidelines provided for each exhibition.
- Allora Gallery reserves the right to refuse submissions that do not meet our guidelines or that we deem inappropriate for any reason.
- All submissions will be reviewed by our founder.
- Selection decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Allora Gallery.
- We do not provide individual feedback on submissions that are not selected.
- Information about submission and participation fees is specified in each exhibition announcement.
- Payments to Allora Gallery are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
- By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment processors in addition to our Terms of Service.

By submitting your work to Allora Gallery, you agree to receive email communications related to your submission, including updates about the current exhibition, future open calls, and other gallery news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email or contacting us directly.
- Copyright of all submitted and exhibited photographs remains with the original photographer at all times.
- By submitting work to Allora Gallery, you confirm that you are the sole creator and copyright holder of the submitted photographs.
By submitting work to Allora Gallery, you grant us:
- Non-exclusive rights to display your selected images on our website and social media platforms for the purpose of the exhibition and its promotion.
- Permission to use your selected images in direct promotional materials related to the exhibition.
- The right to maintain an archive of exhibited works on our website.
Allora Gallery agrees to:
- Always provide proper attribution when using your images.
- Not use your images for commercial purposes beyond exhibition promotion without your explicit permission.
- Not transfer these rights to third parties.
By submitting photographs to Allora Gallery, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted photographs.
- Your photographs do not infringe upon the copyrights, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights of any third party.
- You have obtained all necessary permissions from any identifiable persons appearing in your photographs.
- Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Allora Gallery provides its website and services "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of our website or participation in our exhibitions.
- Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allora Gallery, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.

- Submission Information: Photographs and related descriptions that you submit to our exhibitions.

- To facilitate your participation in our exhibitions
- To communicate with you about your submissions and our services

- All prices are listed in euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
- Participation fees for exhibitions are due upon selection and prior to inclusion in the exhibition.
- Submission Fees: As submission to our exhibitions is currently free, no refunds are applicable for submissions.
- For future exhibitions with paid submissions:
--Submission fees are non-refundable regardless of selection outcome, as they cover the administrative and curatorial review process.
--In case of technical issues that prevent your submission from being reviewed, we may offer a one-time resubmission opportunity or, at our discretion, a full refund.
--If an open call is canceled by Allora Gallery before the submission deadline, we will provide full refunds of submission fees.
--Submission fees cannot be transferred between different exhibitions or to different photographers.
- Participation Fees: Participation fees are non-refundable once paid, as they secure your place in the exhibition and contribute to exhibition costs that are incurred immediately.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of technical failure on our part that prevents your work from being displayed, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.
- Cancellation by Allora Gallery: Should Allora Gallery cancel an exhibition for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of their participation fee.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptional circumstances noted above:
- Contact us at info@alloragallery.com within 7 days of the issue arising
- Include your name, the exhibition title, and details of the issue
- We will review your request and respond within 14 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible
- We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or any fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer.
- All refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on our Website or by email. Your continued use of our Website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If resolution is not possible through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
